I had worked past more then 9 Year in the same responsibilities, greater then 2 Years in DVCom Limited as a technical Engineer and more then 6 Years in China Mobile Pakistan (ZONG) Telecommunications company in "Engineering O&M Department" with as a "NOC Engineer" with different roles, in start of my job as "Complaint Resolution Engineer" to resolved all the NSS, VAS, CRM and BSS related issues of Nationwide Network. Then get promoted as "NOC Engineer" I am responsible for Configuration and Fault Management of VAS & NSS nodes, responsible to get the support from Vender in bigger problem. Again get the promotion as "NOC Group Lead" I am responsible for group which contained NSS Engineering, VAS Engineering, BSS Engineering and Automation Engineering Teams almost 25 to 30 Engineers in a group. Responsible to dedicate the responsibilities to them and give the KPI's to these Engineers according to their performance, My last job responsibility was "Support Engineer NOC" my basic responsibility was to monitor the KPI's of Network and perform the corrective maintenance against them, helped for automate the NOC system like auto SMS and notification against any fault accuracy in Network, auto KPI reports of the Network and provide the support to NOC Engineers in their routine work.
Have a training and hand on experience on worlds know Cisco Routers and Switches like TFTP, STP, VLAN, different Protocols etc used for Cisco Networks.
I promote to four different position in China Mobile Pakistan NOC due to my performance and get the 5 Years Performance Award from China Mobile Pakistan in April 2013 that indicate my best performance during last more then 6 years for China Mobile Pakistan.
