7. How to Store Masks correctly
 Store wet or dirty masks in a sealed plastic bag
If your mask is wet or dirty from sweat, saliva, make-up, or other liquids or substances,
keep it in a sealed plastic bag until you can wash it. Wash wet or dirty masks as soon as
possible to prevent them from becoming mouldy. Wet masks can be hard to breathe through
and are less effective than dry masks.
 Store masks that are not wet or dirty in a paper bag
You can store your mask temporarily to reuse later. Remove your mask correctly and wash
your hands after touching a used mask. Keep it in a dry, breathable bag (like a paper or
mesh fabric bag) to keep it clean between uses. When reusing your mask, keep the same
side facing out.
If you are taking off your mask to eat or drink outside of your home, you can place it
somewhere safe to keep it clean, such as your pocket, purse, or paper bag. Make sure to
wash or sanitize your hands after removing your mask. After eating, put the mask back on
with the same side facing out. Be sure to wash or sanitize your hands again after putting

15. Longevity of Bio Tech GTX Probiotic

In a recent comparison of a conventional standard hard surface chemical cleaning product vs.
Bio Tech GTX a probiotic cleaning / sanitizing product was tested in a controlled laboratory
environment and in an uncontrolled “real world” setting.
• The monitoring of adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP) as an indication of cleanliness and an ATP
determination assay was used to compare the products.
• The cleaning products were monitored over a scheduled time period to determine their
long lasting efficacy in reducing the ATP levels.
• The scope of this study was to determine the longevity of cleaning and decreasing levels of
contamination.
• Bio Tech GTX10 at a dilution of 1:10 reduced ATP levels in the laboratory test and
maintained these low levels for 168 hours (7 days). It was also effective in reducing and
maintaining low ATP levels in 10 out of 10 of the various surface areas tested for the same
period of time.
• ATP was monitored over a time period, namely 1 hour, 3 hours, 5 hours, and 24 hours and
168 hours
The level of contamination was measured across different types of floor surfaces: Tearoom: Rough ceramic tile, Bathroom: Smooth ceramic
tile, Kitchen: Smooth ceramic tile, Hallway: Rough ceramic tile, Stairwell: Vinyl
Areas were divided in to high and low traffic.
