 Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to
Project management.
 Handling Military flight booking for deployed contractors in theatre.
 Maintaining number manning lists (10 to 12 departments) and reporting to project manager for any
issues related to manning.
 Handling rotation leave of contractors (planning leave plot, preparing leave application, receiving

 Preparing badge application(NATO Contractors’ badging process) for all contractors and submit to
Security department
 Engage in resolving of HR related issues of contractors and resolve administrative problems and
inquiries
 Established and maintained electronic and hardcopy filling systems which allowed employees to
access pertinent information and improved delivery tracking to prevent losses.

phone and email.
 Validating Service request as per the guidelines.
 Processing Service Order Requests (SOR) and Work Orders (WOR) according to SOP

and Safety) issues
 Maintaining and updating the Service Order Request (SOR) and Work Order trackers

 Notifying trades constantly for Response and completion compliance of SOR’s

 Maintaining and updating electrical flash tracker
 Submitting electrical flash tracker to CSO (Customer supporting office) weekly
 Receiving completed SOR’s from trades upon completion of work
 Verify the accuracy of completed SOR’s paperwork
 Upon verification for accuracy, filing completed SOR’s as per SOP
 Assist MSOW team in updating and maintaining MSOW (Master Schedule of Work) which covers all
aspects of our scope of work
 Operating base radio station to communicate with customers and company personnel onsite
 Dealing with customers pertaining outstanding issues.
