Why this Study - When we started this study I described some reasons for doing it:
I started by saying Evolution is a BOLD, DISINGENOUS LIE and those who perpetrate the lie are either ignorant to the science or knowingly opposing God
Unfortunately, a majority of professed Christians believe the lies
This common belief is mostly driven by a misled government and indoctrinated education system
Objective - The objective of this study was to equip believers with REAL, SCIENTIFIC evidence that demonstrates evolution cannot be true

In Week 1, we read through Genesis 1 and Exodus 20:8-11 and discussed the basis for what a “day” is
I also gave an overview of the many of the bible passages we would use for this study, Gen 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, Ex 20, Josh, Jud, 1Sa, 2Sa, 1Ki, 2Ki, 1Ch, 2Ch, Job 40,41
Statistics
We showed some statistics demonstrating that 62% of professed Christians believe in evolution. 65% of mainline protestants, 66% of Catholics and 82% of Jews believe in evolution

Uniformitarianism - The assumption that the same natural laws and processes that operate in the universe now have always operated in the universe in the past and apply everywhere in the universe.

We learned the earth is about 6000 years old, the flood occurred around 2500 BC, Babel around 2300 BC, the Exodus around 1500 BC and the exile around 600 BC
We also learned people lived a lot longer in the past than they do today, and genetically, that would be exactly what we would expect with a gene pool that was narrowed to just Noah and 4 women

Week 5
In week 5, we gave an introduction to geology
I gave you a historic view of the evolution of the science of geology
We provided some insights as to how Geology is taught
Taught claiming full use of the scientific method
Yet geology is taught as if “billions of years” was fact, in direct violation of the scientific method
Note that not all mainstream geological scientists allow the long ages bias to override their scientific principles – in fact, their focus on learning truth has given us much of what we know today that refutes the long ages models
Geological Dating methods
We also evaluated the geological strata and the problems with long ages that don’t fit the strata
Problems with index fossils - We looked at “index fossils” that had been supposed to be tens or hundreds of millions of years old – right before we discovered “living fossils” like
The gingko tree
the tuatara (supposedly extinct since the Cretaceous Period until found still living in New Zealand)
the Lepidocaris crustacean (only found as fossils in Devonian rocks)
the Metasequoia conifer tree (thought extinct for the past 20 million years)
the Neopilina mollusk (supposedly extinct for 280 million years)
the lingula brachiopod (“extinct” since the Ordovician)
the trilobite (chief index fossil of the even more ancient Cambrian Period)
Algae that is supposedly in 3.4 billion year old rocks still exist today…are those rocks really 3.4 billion years old
Finally, we provided and introduction to radiometric dating and highlighted some of the critical assumptions such as
All daughter atoms must originate from parent atoms
There is no daughter atom content at the creation of the mineral/rock
Radioactive decay rates are constant
There must be no contamination
However, when we looked at the evidence we found major problems with radiometric dating
Different methods of radiometric dating almost always disagree with other methods
We saw direct evidence that radioactive decay can be directly influenced by the rotational cycles of the sun’s core – what else might cause changes
We found carbon 14 inside diamonds, which should not have any carbon 14 content – this find violates the possibility that diamonds can be even a million years old
We saw data showing up to 3.9 billion years of age for recent lava flows

Week 6
We first reviewed the prior geologic evidence that we had already seen on young earth strata
The strata show clear evidence of rapid deposition, since there is no erosion between layers and rapid deposition is required for any chance of fossilization
We also looked at many cases of bent strata with multiple layers. The layers cannot bend unless they are soft. Since multiple layers are bent together, they must have all been soft and must have been deposited in rapid succession – like within 1 year and from a global flood
We added considerable additional geological evidence that prove a young earth
Too little sediment on sea floor – our sea floors should be 180,000 feet deep with sediment
Very little salt in the sea – the salt levels should be much more like the dead sea
Fossil graveyards – exist all around the world and have a COMMON STORY OF CATASTROPHIC FLOODING as the only mechanism for them to make sense. They also show both human and dinosaur bones together.
Rapidly decaying magnetic field – earth could not be over 20,000 years
Helium in radioactive rocks – helium is made during radioactive decay, but the amount of helium in the rocks is way too high for the timeline
A lack of transition species/missing links – they are all still missing.

Week 7
In week 7 I gave you the Evolutionary View that dinosaurs died off 65 million years ago and humans arose 2 million years ago
Next, we addressed the biblical view by reading passages from Job and the Psalms
Job – timing was post flood, and most likely post Babel
Job 40 – behemoth – some type of large land dinosaur
Job 41 – Leviathan – both behemoth and leviathan were well known to Job
Psalm 74 & 104 also speak of leviathan. There seems to be some mass extinction event that killed off Leviathan and left it for food for the land animals
I did not mention the deuterocanonical sections of Daniel
Deuterocanonical = the parts not included in the Hebrew old testament that were including in the catholic old testament
Bel and the dragon speaks of Daniel proving an idol of Bel was not a living god and then that a dragon was not a living god by killing it.
I reminded you all of the frequent dinosaur graveyards that include human bones and dinosaur bones and everything in between
I told you of a handful of countless dragon stories throughout the world in every culture
We looked at dinosaur footprints along with human footprints in the fossil record
We looked at the soft tissues still present in dinosaur bones. The more we look, the more we find
We spoke of finding DNA in dinosaurs. DNA degrades very rapidly and cannot last millions of years.
Finally, we looked at radio-carbon dating of dinosaur bones putting all of those dated at less than 50K years

In week 8 we looked at the definition of a religion: “a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith”
We concluded that evolution is clearly a religion and it has hijacked many fields of science, as well as our education system
I introduced Biology as "the study of life.“
I shared statistics that only 5% biologists believe in a god - the least likely “scientists” to believe in a god
Yet, biologists personify “Nature” (the created environment) and make God
We read through some bible passages to set the baseline
We compared the biblical view of the creation of life and the evolutionary view
Then we walked through the evolution of evolutionary theory and what is claimed about how life began
Evolutionists claim that life began in simple forms and evolved
Originally, they believed single cell organisms were simple life forms
After the discovery of DNA, RNA, their structure and how they work. Evolutionists had to completely re-think the origins of life and thus developed ridiculously weak theories about how life began
Then we looked at the real science and learned about how real science opposes evolutionary theory at every step
Yet even with that in opposition, evolutionists have continued to develop even more elaborate theories in opposition to thermodynamics and observable science AND THEY ALWAYS WILLBECAUSE EVOLUTION IS A RELIGION
Problem is, evolutionists continue to reach several impasses, such as
The oxygen paradox – where oxygen is required for life, but quickly destroys proteins and amino acids
The DNA self repairing paradox – the fact that without a repair mechanism, DNA cannot survive – even in the safety of the cells in the body
The simultaneous creation requirement of Metabolism (storage and use of energy), compartmentalization (cell & Micro structure) and self replication, to name a few
The raw energy paradox where all raw forms of energy would destroy any organic matter fast than it could be chemically produced
The water paradox – where water is required for life, yet it quickly breaks down proteins and amino acids
And a few others I didn’t mention – no RNA can self replicate – there is no mechanism for most amino acids to be produced – they are produced by living things
Then we watched a brief clip from “Is Genesis History” about the 4-dimensional complexity of DNA and how each dimension includes critical features that are precisely necessary for life
Finally, we started a discussion on the complexity of interdependencies and interactions for life to work
We concluded once again that it takes far more faith be a member of the religion of evolution than it does to be a Christian

Week 9
We discussed Chromosomes, Genes, and DNA
Human cells have 23 pairs of chromosomes (46 total, made up of 23 from each parent).
The chromosomes contain the DNA.
The genome is the entire amount of an organism’s DNA.
Only 1.5 percent of the DNA in the genome actually codes for genes. The human genome is defined by approximately 3 billion pairs.
The evolution argument necessitates that much of our DNA MUST BE JUNK
The problem is, everything we study that we once thought was junk we find has significant purpose
I also mentioned that if we are 96% genetically similar to chimpanzees, we are also 60% genetically similar to cats and bananas

Extraordinarily complex organ that allows us to convert light into images
Eyes are in pairs, which allow for 3-D imaging
Eyes are positioned to be protected in a hollowed eye socket in our skulls

Eye lashes keep dirt out of eyes
Each eye has over 1 million nerve fibers connecting it to the brain
Eyes have over 2 million working parts
Eyes are the second most complex organ
The Heart
Our bodies require systems to continuously move blood
Life is in the blood, including oxygen and nutrients
A system is needed to deliver the fresh oxygen and nutrients and remove waste – to all parts of the body
Without a pump to move the blood, life would end after just a few minutes
The pump can never stop or rest
The pump must operate in 2 separate circuits – one to and from the lungs, and a second to and from the rest of the body
The pump must have a way of creating higher pressure than the rest of the body to send the blood out

The Earth
The earth is the perfect distance from the sun, perfect orbit, perfect tilt, perfect magnetic field, perfect atmosphere, perfect mass, perfect sun, perfect rotation, perfect moon, and perfect giant planet neighbor and many other factors making it unique and rare
We reviewed the evidence of Lunar Recession and how it proves definitively that the earth must be young.
Our Solar System
Jupiter is the ideal “vacuum cleaner” planet for protection of the earth.
Jupiter should be cold and dead, given its size and distance from the sun, but it still has the amount of heat that would be expected from a recently formed planet
Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune all still have strong magnetic fields, which decay and should not still exist if they planets are billions of years old.
Saturn’s rings should be dull, due to space dust over billions of years, but they are clear and bright
Saturn’s moons should have no geologic activity and no methane gas, yet they still do, indicating they are young
“Natural” processes cannot explain the tilt of Saturn or Uranus or the rotation of Venus or Uranus.
Neptune should have no heat, yet still radiates like a very, very young planet.
Comets should have burned out long ago, so secular scientists created the idea of an “Oort cloud” that sits just outside of our solar system and regularly produces new comets
Galaxies
Spiral galaxies should have lost their spiral shape after billions of years of rotation.
The distant galaxies we see in the Hubble “deep field” should not be fully formed since they are at such distances as viewing back to the beginning of the universe
The Universe
The so-called “cosmic nurseries” have massive stars that cannot last long according to the laws of physics, plus any age to the nebulas would have “blown” away the nebula’s gas clouds
We observed that in every direction, the red shift shows the universe is expanding away from the earth. Furthermore, the expansion is accelerating, which requires some force other than a “big bang” – more like a “perpetual pull”
We discussed the “horizon problem” of the big bang. Mass and temperatures in the universe are evenly distributed which does not fit a big bang. Scientists have created this “inflation” model that violates the laws of physics to fix the model.
Conclusions
Wherever we look, we find problems that don’t fit the “billions of years” narrative.
Secular scientists came up with multiple theories to try to explain these phenomena, yet one single theory provides the answers to all the problems we will discuss – that is that the universe is only a few thousand years old
The best model, which is just one model, that fits the data is a young universe, created by an eternal God, just as described in the bible.

Introduction to Mathematics
Within mathematics, I discussed that mathematics is a very useful tool that God has given us to rule over the earth
Mathematics in Nature
Mathematical formulas, like the Fibonacci sequence, can be used to describe the shapes of snails, galaxies, and flowers
Fractal patters are repeating patterns that describe fern branches and even Romanesco broccoli
We also discussed how bees and ants can somehow solve very complicated problems, that we tend to solve with mathematics
Ants were able to solve the complicated “towers of Hanoi” with ease.
Mathematical probabilities
We then discussed binary sequences and the incredible number of possibilities that can be created with even just binary sequences
I also gave you the example of 1 million monkeys, with only 26 characters on a computer, typing a character every second would take 2 years to get the right phrase of 10 characters long
Those same million monkeys would take 18 billion years to type the right 17 digit phrase
Then we looked at DNA. A super-computer testing 1 million quadrillion (= 1 sextillion) possibilities per millisecond would take 44 billion years to determine all options for a string of 70 DNA nucleotides
The point of all the math was that if it takes a supercomputer 44 billion years to find the right strand of DNA 70 nucleotides long, is it really possible for “Nature” to find the right 3 billion nucleotides long?
