 We are URGENTLY looking for Regional HR position based at PUNE regional office
as per the below given specification:-
Job Description:-
Designation: Manager/Senior Manager HR (Regional HR)
Role: Generalist Plus Recruitment
Region: Pune
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:-
Managing the complete Recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from
diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for all the positions
assigned to your Region
Ensure all manpower requisitions are processed within the turnaround time.
Salary negotiations and fitment.
To execute the reference check, offer letters, appointment letters, joining
formalities.

 Induction:-
Coordinating with the Zonal Trainer & Business Managers and arranging for induction of all new
joiners.
Prepare list of participants and finalizing the date of induction
Responsible for the entire arrangements.
Employee Engagement and Recognition
Organizing various activities for the employees
Conceptualizing and implementing Fun @ workplace activities.
Staff Picnic, Birthday Celebrations.
Facilitated various group activities and ice breakers for new joiners.
Performance Management:-
Responsible for the performance appraisal system of all the employees of your Region.
Performance Monitoring.
Keeping track of all Employees performance regularly and sending feedback to the respective
Group Head.
Employee Retention:-
Address Employee Grievances develop a rapport with the employees and address their
issues/grievances.
Retention Develop grapevines and retain critical employees.
Map critical resources and develop strategy for retention in consultation with Regional Head.

 There are 3 stages in selection process at Bharat Forge:-
• APTTITUDE TEST
• TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
• HR INTERVIEW
 Interview process at Bharat forge was much more in depth . You have to go
through 5 different rounds of interview process with writing few lines about how
you will contribute to Bharat Forge, Group Discussion and three round of Personal
Interview. All rounds were highly focused on to test your soft skills and a little bit
on core mechanical engineering knowledge.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
 To enhance engineering knowledge in employees, BFL set a three-month, fulltime
Engineering Development Program at Chakan
 The program is based on the objectives of training operative manpower, the basics
of modern engineering terms, engineering drawing reading and new 2D and 3D
CAD techniques.
 Till date, three batches comprising 37 employees have undertaken the training.
After a successful completion of the program, employees are transferred to new
projects

You have to go through 5 different rounds of interview process with writing few lines about how you will contribute to Bharat Forge, Group Discussion and three round of Personal Interview. All rounds were highly focused on to test your soft skills and a little bit on core mechanical engineering knowledge. 16

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT  To enhance engineering knowledge in employees, BFL set a three-month, fulltime Engineering Development Program at Chakan  The program is based on the objectives of training operative manpower, the basics of modern engineering terms, engineering drawing reading and new 2D and 3D CAD techniques.  Till date, three batches comprising 37 employees have undertaken the training.
