This document outlines a course on management information systems. The course has three modules that cover: 1) introduction to MIS concepts like transaction processing systems, decision support systems, and expert systems; 2) system development life cycles and information technology concepts; and 3) management challenges regarding security, ethics, and enterprise resource planning.
