Securing the Digital Double - The Path to a Trusted Digital Ecosystem Asanka Abeysinghe
Digital life is a replication of the physical world in a digital ecosystem. As a result, people and things have an equal digital representation, which we call a digital double. Your digital double is active and involved in various activities, even when you take a nap. Therefore, securing the digital double is critical.
As an enterprise or security architect designing digital experiences, you have to pay attention to privacy, confidentiality, trust, and the security of a digital double.
In this session, Asanka will explain an architectural approach to building a trusted digital ecosystem using APIs, integration, and identity.

Continuous Integration (CI) is frequently implemented as a dev process and not tied to the rest of the software development life cycle. Resulting in shadow IT, silo’d processes and information, and ultimately a lack of real time visibility across all stakeholders. And even greater implications such as risk of IP loss due to lack of corporate governance controls (e.g., RBAC, security and traceability). Watch this webinar to learn how to scale CI as-as-service using Jenkins across an enterprise. As teams self-select their CI tools, using TeamForge would allow individuals across your enterprise to rapidly access CI tools of their choosing, while central IT maintains full visibility and control with minimal effort. In this webinar, we also present a case study for establishing an organization-wide build ecosystem at a global financial services company.

Karl Smith - Exploring the challenges and opportunities of globalisation and commoditisation in Enterprise User Experience EUX
This short session will go into the key concepts of Enterprise User Experience and the efficiencies and challenges that it brings.
Can user experience be globalised as a service that means and delivers the same thing in every country? Moreover can user experience people be commoditised to fuel the desires to drive down costs through existing outsourcing models?
In this brief session I will cover some of the key aspects of consideration and focus on the clash between notional standardised services and skill based consultancy. I will be describing a hybrid business process model that allows an agency experience with consultancy scale and factory delivery. I will also reveal some of the other models being attempted by global consultancies.

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

Student information management system project report ii.pdfKamal Acharya
Our project explains about the student management. This project mainly explains the various actions related to student details. This project shows some ease in adding, editing and deleting the student details. It also provides a less time consuming process for viewing, adding, editing and deleting the marks of the students.
Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
Bentley’s offerings span the infrastructure lifecycle-- from buildings to bridges, transit to utilities, offshore or underground. Here you see our ‘playlists’ of applications comprising the best mix of software for their respective disciplines on a given project.
Here is our historical GAAP revenue, which you can see has been steady over the past years.
GAAP revenue growth in 2013 was $593 million
Bentley BIM is uniquely optimized for all three phases of the lifecycle; it’s “not just for Architects anymore”.
i-models, these conveyors of AECO deliverables, allow for the harvesting of BIM data for use by non-techies:
Graphics (pictures)
Business data (spreadsheets, DB, etc.)
FM
So the reality is that in this environment many things can go wrong and waste money and time. Think about the time wasted in searching and transferring files over slow network connections. Broken references and inconsistent standards that further complicate this issue. Travel expenses, manual design reviews, lost feedback – all these add up to make projects inefficient and wasteful.
Information mobility empowers project teams to share AECO and geospatial information within models across the infrastructure lifecycle and project disciplines, all in a controlled and secure fashion regardless of the file formats or devices used. Information mobility is the long awaited payoff for interoperability: ensuring the right version of information, in the appropriate format and with the required level of precision, can be accessed by the right people at the right time.
Information mobility is particularly crucial in integrated projects to facilitate collaboration and enable decisions to be made in the context of other disciplines – making the “hand-off” of information between design and construction and the “handover” between construction and operations “hands-on!”
Bentley’s i-model container for open infrastructure information exchange delivers this information mobility while the ProjectWise system of collaboration servers and services secures it. Together, they ensure information mobility with integrity.
ProjectWise ensures information mobility because it is a system of collaboration servers and services for AECO information for the design and construction of infrastructure projects while the work is in progress. AECO refers to architectural, engineering, construction and operations. We group ProjectWise software products into 3 categories: work-sharing, content reuse, and dynamic.
Work-sharing provides Organizational Agility in a Managed Environment by creating and maanging ongoing work-product effectively – where the right people quickly and reliably accelerate work-in-progress using infrastructure tools and workflows of choice.
Content re-use maximizes value across the enterprise by informing project stakeholders and enterprise systems in a more consistent, timely and predicable manner using high-impact deliverables.
Dynamic feedback ensures Timely and Actionable Participation by synchronizing comments to resolve issues quickly and effectively in a ‘closed-loop’, returning feedback in context to all the relevant designers so as to be actionable.
i-models are a medium for information exchange for projects associated with the life-cycle ofinfrastructure assets
i-models contain information with engineering precision and no loss of accuracy.
They store their own Provenance, so they retain knowledge about their original source, the state of the information when they were published and why they were published
i-models are also Self Describing. You don’t have to have the original native application to display the geometry or view the business properties. Every i-model carries with it a schema that describes its content.
i-models are Flexible. They can be transformed to conform to a specific industry standard or to contain business data aggregated from sources outside of the design environment.
i-models are portable, they are optimized for sharing and distribution.
And finally i-models include support for Digital Rights Management and Digital Signatures to ensure security and reliability.
Bentley provides application plug-ins to create i-models directly from software applications, including:
Over 70 Bentley Products
Revit
AutoCAD*
Civil3D*
Sketchup*
Rhino*
Bentley provides publishing solutions to automate the creation of i-models for:
All applications with available plugins
Plus:
PDS
SmartPLANT
Bentley provides a software development kit to allow any 3rd party software vendor or user to create i-models from their application.
Tablets and other mobile devices will become pervasive in our industry.
However these new form factors and operating systems open the door to new productivity gains but also create a challenge to distributing engineering data into field based work-processes.
Let me explain some use case scenarios we are targeting before delving into our mobile technology.
Cloud-based processing to perform complex simulation and analysis quickly
Scenario management to evaluate many options effectively
