- 2. • Students MUST pre-write. • Students MUST put their name on ALL papers along with their LA teacher’s name and period. • Students MUST do a pre-write, rough draft, and final draft. • Pens are required for the final draft.
- 3. • Some teachers have provided supplemental materials for the test. Allow the kids to use them. However, the students must already have them. No going to see their teacher or going to the locker once the test has begun.
- 4. You will project the topic on the board so each student can read it silently. • If you want to give specific kids a printed form of the writing prompt, that’s fine. • They will do all their writing on their own paper, so they will need at least three or four sheets to start out.
- 5. • The final draft MUST have MULTIPLE PARAGRAPHS. – Introductory paragraph required – Conclusion paragraph required – At least three body paragraphs required • Stack papers by Language Arts teacher. Please keep the papers until they are collected from you.
