Protocols
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST
1. Students follow the designated seating arrangement given by the
teacher.
2. Bags and other materials should be placed in front of the room.
3. Only the test materials and things needed for the test will be on their
desk. Proctor will announce what materials will be used in during the
test.
4. Tests are intended only for an hour unless the proctor declared
extension.
5. Check the number of pages of the test. And fill up the necessary
information in the test such as name, section, subject, etc.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST
6. During the test students are not allowed to:
• Go to the comfort room.
• Use gadgets and other extra papers unless authorized by the
teacher.
• Borrow materials from other classmates
• Chat, talk, or ask questions to their classmates.
• Get things from their bags.
• Look or glance at others paper.
7. Be aware of the starting time and end time.
8. Everybody will start and end the test at the same time.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST
9. If you finish early, you should again review your answer.
10.Test papers cannot be brought out of the class while test is
ongoing. No test paper will be passed outside the testing time.
11.Pass the papers forward your paper should always be on top.
Count the papers and check whether all papers are in.
12.Then pass it sideward from left to right your paper should always
be on top.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST -
Teacher
1. Arrange students that there should be spaces between each
student. Teachers need to maximize the whole space in the room.
2. Check the list coming from the accounting with balance.
(Students with outstanding balance will be sent the to the
accounting office for clearance.)
3. Conduct the morning assembly.
4. Check the attendance of your students.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST -
Teacher
5. Pray the rosary.
6. Start the test on time.
7. All test will start and end on time. (One Hour Only)
8. Distribute the test paper in an orderly manner.
9. Ask the students to fill out the first part of the exam. (Name,
Section, Date, Etc.)
10. Read the directions to the students and the materials that are
allowed to be used during the exam.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST -
Teacher
Things TO DO while students are taking the exams.
• Go around the class and observe the students.
• Observe any form of cheating and remind the students.
• Remind the students about the remaining time they have.
• Observe an environment of silence throughout the exam.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST -
Teacher
Things NOT TO DO while students are taking the exams.
• You are not allowed to use your phone
• You are not allowed to record and check test papers.
• You are not allowed to chit chat with your co teacher
• You are not allowed to give examination to students who have balance
in the accounting office.
• You are not allowed to give test outside the scheduled time without
approval.
• You are not allowed to eat food during the exam.
• Once the test is in progress proctors are not allowed to entertain any
questions pertaining to the exam.
WHILE DOING THE TEST/TAKING THE TEST -
Teacher
After the exam:
• Ask the students to submit the exam as prescribed in the routines.
• Count the number of test papers submitted to you vis-à-vis the
number of students who took the test.
• Give the test paper personally to the subject teacher and don’t just
leave the test paper on their table.(Do not ask the students to
deliver the test paper)
• Write the number and name of absent and inform the subject
teacher.
