Area Christians Together in Service (ACTS) is a coalition of 14 area churches that was founded in 1999 to provide emergency assistance to those in need. ACTS tracks the assistance it provides to ensure resources are distributed fairly. The research examined awareness of and attitudes toward ACTS, as well as recommendations for how ACTS can improve communication with members and the community.
