Planned and taught differentiated lessons in Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies.
Collaborated with grade partners to create differentiated lesson plans. Worked with and
created relationships with diverse learners, families, administrators and coworkers.
Differentiated for English Language Learners. Assessed student progress through a variety of
assessments and maintained portfolios displaying class work. Integrated whole group, small
group, guided practice and independent practice into the classroom. Volunteered to hold
detentions. Designed and created themed bulletin boards. Used leadership skills to help
children rehearse the school play at drama club. Planned educational field trips for the
entire grade. Met with the Positive Incentives Committee to develop school-wide reward
systems. Met monthly with the Teacher Advisory Council to make improvements for our
school. Attended biweekly meetings with the Instructional Leadership team. Led grade group
