Objective
It is my goal, desire and passion to take education for today’s students to another level. I intend to accomplish this
via my skills of innovation and creativity. My experience of nine years in the classroom has given me insight into
various aspects of the educational process. I have had the opportunity to craft ideas and strategies to facilitate
struggling students to help increase their academic achievement. I set high expectations for my students. I believe in
creating responsible students who are thinkers, questioners and life-long learners. I believe in self-reflection. I set
high expectations for myself with a “no excuses” attitude. I believe that anything I do should be done to the very best
of my ability. I am constantly seeking every opportunity to hone my craft by taking the necessary steps to increase my
knowledge through research, observation and collaboration with other knowledgeable individuals. My ultimate goal
is to make a difference in the lives of children who so many times are forgotten, discounted, and who need
empowerment, belief in themselves, and someone who believes in them. I'm passionate about education. It is the
embodiment of who I am. I am a self-starter as well as a a team player. I am for whatever is best for the school, the
children and the environment in which we work. My beliefs, passions and ethics remain strong and intact. I will
always give my best each and every day.
