2. Who is the leader?
 In thease days, expecially in the Italian’s companys, we will are usual to usa
this word whitout undestand proially what kind of person is really a
LEADER.
 Most of people identifies the leader as in the photo below:
A person who is always ready to put itself at the same level of the other in
orders to help.

3. Who is the leader?
 I think that picture is a very beautiful picture but a leader, in order to lead,
can’t be always at the same level of the others.
A good leader must know vary well the skills and the needs of his workgroup.
A good leader must be able to take a difficult choice wich will benefit the
common good.

Everybody have some hight skills and a good leader can’t judge everyone at the
same level.
A good teamwork is diversified, i if it is true that a team must go in the same
direction is also true that someone should try to put out the best of her own
unique skill.
It is the task of the leader identify and that skill, he have to claim the best and, at
the same time, put the team in the best mood to do a perfect work.
