The British Columbia Excluded Employees' Association (BCEEA) is a non-profit organization that supports excluded employees in BC's public service. It has over 8,000 members and was established in 1975. The BCEEA lobbies for improvements to salaries, benefits, and policies impacting excluded employees. It provides members with learning opportunities, advice, support during disputes, and discounts on services. Joining the BCEEA offers financial reimbursements for legal costs and coaching as well as educational awards for members' families.
