Enrollment is entered by OTE / GPL to the Student
Information System
4. Courses are created 1 month before term starts
(except for LEP courses)
Student enrollment is available 1 week before term
start
* By default, course is available to students till
ONE MONTH after the course end date.
5. Staff assignment is drawn from TTS for NIE staff
teaching only
If you cannot see your course, request for access from
course owner via CMT -> AG course self check
Course owner can use “CMT” to assign co-instructor or
part-time tutor to course (min. 4 hours to reflect in
Blackboard)
* For creation of new part-time tutor account, send tutor
Name , tutor NRIC, tutor Email to blackboard@nie.edu.sg
6. Sync job runs:
9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm, 4am (peak - only in month of Jan/Aug)
9.30am, 1.30pm, 5.30pm, 4am (non-peak)
