Literacy is a tools that
helps people move out of
poverty and open ups
avenues for progress and
prosperity.

No nation can reach the
heights of achievements if the
literacy rate is very low .
That was the main stimulus
that convinced us to start this
initiative .
Education bridges the
communication gap.
5. • To achieve maximum basic literacy in the shortest possible
time. Make them literate enough to be able to read , write, to
do basic math, and take the Primary Education Exam at its
earliest.
• To motivate them to continue education , and learn skills to
stand on their feet if not to become a good, honest and
responsible citizen .
• To become literate honest, and responsible citizen.
6. Operational
Model
• No or very limited expense on infrastructure .
• Teacher's house is the premises , one room or
veranda.
• Limited expense entails providing clean water ,
black board , slates etc.
• Small front desks.
• Floor mats, and Books Donated or Purchased.
Class size:
• 25-30 kids , one teacher.
• Syllabus is followed.
7. Teacher , their
Qualifications and
Monitoring
• Minimum Matric certificate , preferably higher qualification.
Teaching experience is a plus.
• Honorarium is 5000 rupees per 4 hour shift , 8000 for two
shifts , and 10,000 for disabled persons for two shifts.
Activity is Monitored by :
• WhatsApp video and pictures with date , time and place
markers .
• At the time of monthly scholarship check distribution .
8. • No report, no payment.
• Monthly or once in two month visit
by the regional manager.
