Die am Reitstock angebrachten RÖHM Spitzen und Stirnseiten-Mitnehmer fixieren das zu bearbeitende Werkstück während des Bearbeitungsvorganges und sorgen dadurch für ein ausgesprochen exaktes Ergebnis, auch bei besonders langen und schweren Arbeitsstücken.
Sie kommen in Dreh- und Schleifmaschinen zum Einsatz und ermöglichen dabei ein Bearbeitung auf der ganzen Länge. Auch ist kein Umrüsten bzw. Umspannen erforderlich.
Mitlaufende Körnerspitze
Die mitlaufenden Körnerspitzen von RÖHM profitieren von einer angebrachten Spritzwasserrille, einer verbesserten Lebensdauerschmierung sowie eng tolerierten Lagersitzen und sind dadurch äußerst langlebig. Durch ihre schlanke Gehäuseform ist die Störkontur äußerst gering.
Außerdem ist der Körper dieser Zentrierspitze geschliffen und gehärtet.

Bei den RÖHM Stirnseiten-Mitnehmern erfolgt die Drehmomentübertragung stirnseitig, wodurch das aufgespannte Werkstück ohne Umspannen auf seiner kompletten Länge bearbeitet werden kann. Dadurch kann die Rundlaufgenauigkeit wesentlich erhöht werden.
Die Constant Stirnseiten-Mitnehmer aus dem Hause RÖHM werden manuell gespannt.

Entwickelt nach dem Baukastenprinzip, weshalb ein universeller Austausch von Mitnehmer-Scheiben und Zentrierspitzen möglich ist. Infolge des mechanischen Druckausgleichs ergibt sich eine gleichmäßige Spannkraft, auch bei unebenen Stirnseiten des Werkstücks.
Durch die federnde Zentrierspitze erfolgt der Werkstück-Längenanschlag an der Stirnseite.
Neben dem Drehen auf ganzer Länge kann gleichzeitig eine Nut oder Verzahnung gefräst werden. Dies kann Umrüsten, z.B. auf einen Schraubstock sparen, was sich in einer Zeit- und Kostenersparnis bemerkbar macht.
