OBJECTIVE
Need to create awareness in near by areas about the newly opened store at Bandra.
Driving footfalls at the store
Catching attention
Customer engagement
Information through leaflets

2 walking billboards person available with complete branding of 6SY in near by area i.e
carter road, bandstand.
Driving footfalls at the store
By offering buy1 get1 off on the leaflets ,which was distributed through promoters in near by
area thus causing call to action.
Catching attention
Making santa available at the front of 6SY store for meet and greet with customer ,kids ,family
thus catching attention of the people passing through.
Customer engagement
Offering discount vouchers, scratch coupons ,clicking picture and giving them away as a
token of love from 6SY with photo frame having 6SY branding in it ,thus engaging customer.
Information through leaflets
Complete and pictorial information about the product with phone numbers, home delivery
indication and menu at the back , offering buy 1 get 1 free thus making a call for action.
Brand recognition
With 6SY branding on the photo frame , photo clicks in front of 6SY store ,sandwich guys with
complete branding of 6SY helps to recall and recognize the brand.
Sampling
With the help of staff members and promoters ,make customer test the product and thus
make him/her experience 6SY

Around 300 sampling
done during activity
Facilitation
Offering scratch vouchers to the customers ,where they scratch and win assured prize
from 6SY.
OPERATIONAL MODEL
On the occasion of Christmas utilizing 24 & 25 of October as an event activity dates.

Activity timings – 9pm - 12 am .
- 6pm - 9pm
Activity is in store and off store promotion.
1 Santa Claus in front of store ,engaging prospect customers.
2 Santa Claus ,for out store promotion with 2 male promoters having 6SY branding as
walking billboards.(specifically carter road, Bandra bandstand)

Total number of Cars halted during the activity are around 700
Number of customer targeted through leaflets and coupon are 800

Instant photo clicks are 100 in numbers
