2. Recognize the problem.
What are the challenges related to the problem?
Survive the market because sells will plummet during vacation seasons. We
need to come up with marketing strategies to combat the seasons because on
those months out usual customers will be vacationing. We have to be aware of
the season and the products consumers will be most apt to purchasing.
3. Problem you say…
Identify the problem
Vacationing customers won’t
be able buying certain flavors
during particular seasons so
we will focus on foods that
will fit the seasons.
What are the causes?
Over staffing certain seasons,
we will prepare for this by
making sure we have enough
to pay staff.
4. Determine possible solutions.

• Lower Wine Inventory
• Festivals
• Provide more flavors of biscuits
• Food truck on weekends
• Catering
• Wine tasting fundraiser
5.
6. Why go in this direction…
We felt that we should utilize
the food truck to gain business
from others that are not familiar
with us. They would find out
more about our business, foods
they prefer, and want to visit the
our location more because we
are unique to other biscuit
shops.
