This report presents the findings and conclusions on a Monitoring and Evaluation survey of the status of implementation of Ghana’s National Program of Action. The overall purpose of the survey is to assess the extent to which various stakeholders have implemented the recommendations raised in the National Program of Action.
During the period under review, NAPRM-GC conducted a number of dissemination workshops aimed at promoting dialogue and obtaining feedback on the progress of implementation of the NPOA. The Council also used the opportunity to distribute copies of the 2006 Annual Progress Report to stakeholders.

To lead the Electoral Observation Mission (EOM), the OAS Secretary General appointed the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica, Enrique del Castillo (for the legislative elections held on August 9, 2015), the former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Defense of Brazil, Celso Amorim (for the presidential election and runoff legislative elections held on October 25, 2015), and Ambassador Juan Raúl Ferreira of Uruguay (for the presidential, legislative, municipal, and local elections held on November 20, 2016 and January 29, 2017).
This report contains the observations and recommendations that came out of the five Electoral Observation Mission deployments and the visits made by the chiefs of mission and members of the Secretariat for Strengthening Democracy over an 18-month period.

The mandate to establish an office of Rural Health was ORH was mandated in 2006 by Public Law 109-461, section 212, to improve care and access for veterans who reside in rural areas of the united states.
Applying the 360° Approach, Dr. Hartman was able to look at the ORH from all aspects to develop policy and strategicdirection for enhancing services to Veterans who reside in rural and highly rural areas. His vision outlined in the graphic has set six strategic goals and articulated a number of objectives to meet thesegoals to ensure improved quality and access of health care service delivery to less populous areasof the United States and was implemented in 2009 and retains to date.

The Report covers the period January – December 2011 and provides an overview of Ghana’s progress in the implementation of the National Programme of Action.
In the period under review the Council implemented the District APRM Governance Assessment Project in forty districts as part of efforts to improve ownership and participation of civil society actors in local governance assessments. The report of the Governance Assessment Project is available at the Council’s website.
The period under review witnessed an improved macro economic situation as a result of the government’s multi-year macro economic stabilization programme aided by positive terms of trade and favourable agricultural production.

A part quelques progrès enregistres au sein de la Police Nationale d'Haiti (PNH) la mission a failli a sa mission. La grande majorité des Haïtiens se demandent ou sont passes ces 8 milliards. Pire les soldats Népalais de la MINUSTAH ont introduit la batterie du choléra en Haiti qui a cause la mort de 10.000 Haïtiens et contamines plus de 900.000. Il faudra 2.2 milliards pour nettoyer le pays de cette bactérie mortelle de la MINUSTAH. Le Secrétaire General des Nations Unies pendant six ans a refuse de reconnaitre la responsabilité de ces soldats dans cette épidémie. Quand finalement ils ont reconnu leur responsabilité ça a été avec des jeux de mots pour éviter leur responsabilité légale et rembourser les parents des victimes du choléra. Malgré toutes les promesses faites aucun parent des victimes n'a été dédommagé et les Nations Unies roulent les Haïtiens. C'est dans ce contexte que les Nations Unies veulent remplacer la MINUSTAH qui a perdue toute sa crédibilité par une mission plus légère.

• Issuing of Smart Card is an electronic card with
the capability of securely storing a variety of information
about the holder. For every citizen and resident in the
Kingdom of Bahrain
•The Smart Card contains data and information from the holder's passport, ID card,
CPR card, driving license, basic medical details and the latest academic
qualifications.
• It combines three current cards into one. (The immigration ID card issue by the
General Directorate for Passports, Nationality and Residence (GDNPR), the driving
license issued by the General Directorate for Traffic (GDT) ,and the Central Population
Registry (CPR) card issued by the CIO.
•As well as a health card, an election card, a labour card, an electronic payment card
(e-Purse) and a travel document to allow cardholder to pass through the electronic
border control gates at the border crossing points such as the airport.
