Untuk menunjukkan situasi yang tidak akan
pernah terjadi karena sudah lewat,
• If + Subject + had + verb (past perfect tense) + O,
+ Subject + would + have + verb (past future
perfect tense) + O
• Catatan 1: Jika “clause if” diletakkan di depan
kalimat, maka Anda perlu memasukkan koma “,”
sebagai penghubung antara sub klausa dan klausa
utama, tetapi jika sub klausa diberikan setelah
klausul utama, Anda Bisa menghilangkan koma.
