This document provides instructions for the Baddha Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Bound Revolved Side Angle Pose). It describes starting from Tadasana and stepping the feet four to four and a half feet apart while raising the arms sideways. One should then lunge to the right with the right leg at a 90 degree angle and left leg straight back, twisting the torso across the right thigh and wrapping the left arm under the body while reaching the right arm around the back to clasp the hands. Hold for 30 seconds before repeating on the other side.
