This document provides information about the Chef De Partie Apprenticeship program offered by CIT. The program allows students to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts while working and earning, combining on-the-job training with academic study. Applicants must have passed the Leaving Certificate or equivalent exams with minimum grades, or hold a QQI FE Level 5 Award. Students must also be employed or obtain employment at a SOLAS approved establishment.
