This document provides information about the Chef De Partie Apprenticeship program offered by CIT. The program allows students to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts while working and earning, combining on-the-job training with academic study. Applicants must have passed the Leaving Certificate or equivalent exams with minimum grades, or hold a QQI FE Level 5 Award. Students must also be employed or obtain employment at a SOLAS approved establishment.

 Applicants must have a pass in the Leaving Certificate or
equivalent examinations, obtain a minimum grade 06/H7 in
English, and O6/H7 in four other subjects
OR
 A full QQI FE Level 5 Award
OR
 Mature Applicants - Assessed through the Department
 Note : If you hold previous qualifications, you may be
eligible for advanced entry into year 2 or 3 of the
programme
