This document outlines an academic schedule for a mindfulness curriculum consisting of 4 units over 32 weeks. Unit 1 focuses on outer awareness, attention, and emotional regulation. Activities include mindfulness of the 5 senses and mindful movements. Unit 2 builds on mindfulness practices with a focus on inner awareness of the body and breath.
