Responsible for managing, coordinating and implementing Treasury
Business strategies and achieving
the set goals in south India.
Liaison with corporate branches in south India to identify and target
customers.
Be the nodal point for any treasury related activity in the zone.
Cover for client exposures in the foreign exchange market. Act as
merchant desk of the bank
interacting with customers, inter-bank market and trade processing unit
to ensure smooth process
flow of trade related documentation in the bank.
Calculate risk metrics for different transactions and convey the same to
the branch and ensure they
update the same in the reporting platform.
Advise and recommend foreign currency and interest rate hedging
strategies to clients after in
depth study of currency and interest rate market movements.
Structure and price; currency and interest rate derivatives as per client
needs and offer the same
to the client.
Achieve sales of foreign exchange as well as interest rate hedging
products for the bank. These
products include interest rate swaps, currency swaps, currency and
coupon swaps and also currency
options tailored to the client requirements.
