Mr. Usman Waheed has 14 years of experience in IT industry. He has spent 2 years in working in IT industry as
Senior Systems Analyst and later joined academia as faculty member. Currently he is working as Assistant
Professor at Bahria University. Before joining Bahria Mr. Usman was permanent faculty at PAF-KIET.
Mr. Usman is MS Computer Sciences (Specialization in Software Engg from SZABIST and done
his BS form Sir Syed University. After his MS Mr. Usman has publishes more than 21 research papers
on various topics nationally and internationally.
Mr. Usman has very strong concepts of UML, Universal Data Models and Scrum and
Extreme Programming frame work. He has been teaching these topics at Bahria and PAF-KIET.
Other than teaching he was involved in organizing number of seminars at Bahria University.

He is a Karachi University graduate with a diploma in computer science and holds

Before joining Meezan Bank he was working with the
Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC), managing various portfolios of IT projects.
He has also worked with ZenSoft Private Limited and CITIBANK N.A. (Pakistan)
as Systems Analyst on behalf of Infosys Software Consultants.
At Meezan Bank, Imran is responsible for establishing and managing the function of

He is a visionary leader, and has honor of being founder of IT division in Alcon Pakistan which is a Novartis
company. He has provided wide-ranging enterprise level business automation solutions, complete IT
infrastructure, developed and trains cross functional divisions associates in adopting these IT changes.
Moreover, He is a trainer, speaker and counselor by passion. He is associated with Muhammad Ali Jinnah
University as adjunct faculty member. He believes in knowledge sharing and shared his experience as guest

Ms. Faiza Yousuf is a graduate and post graduate from NED University’s CSIT Department. She is a certified
Software Quality Professional from PIQC institute of Quality and a member of American Society of Quality.
She is also one of the founding members of Software Testers Engagement Program (STEP).
She is currently working as a Project Manager in a USA based (Pakistan based) software company "Tectutive
(Pvt.) Ltd.". Apart from her regular jobs, she enjoys delivering training and has carried out numerous training
sessions in many well-known universities locally. During her affiliation with oDesk, she has organized events
and sessions for creating awareness in students and professionals about the freelancing platform. Her recent
training adventure "Testers Testified" is about creating awareness regarding Software Testing and setting a
Quality oriented trends in our industry. The plan is to translate training sessions into international Software
Testing Conferences and escalate to another level.
