When the User submits an issue, they will get an e-mail telling them the issue has been
received and given a Case Number generated by the system for tracking purposes in the future
for Client and D-R personnel. Dresser-Rand Administrator will forward the case to the
appropriate D-R UIRS Manager for action.
When a case is completely resolved, the Dresser-Rand UIRS Manager or Issue Owner will
update the issue status to Resolved, and provide a final cause and final resolution. This
closure will be automatically e-mailed back to the Client.
