Synopsis
Automatic Pneumatic HammerMachine Project The
Automatic Pneumatic Hammer Machine is a mechanical
system designed to use compressed air to perform
tasks such as hammering or striking. The components
you ' ve mentioned are central to the functioning of this
machine.
3.
Here's a detailedexplanation of each of them:
1. Air Cylinder : An air cylinder, also known as a pneumatic actuator, is
a device that uses compressed air to produce linear motion. It's one
of the key components in any pneumatic system, converting the
energy from compressed air into mechanical work.
● Function: The air cylinder drives the hammer piston by extending and
retracting. The piston moves back and forth with the help of compressed
air to generate the striking force of the hammer.
4.
2. Pneumatic ManualControl Valve:- A pneumatic manual control valve is used to
regulate the flow of air to the air cylinder. This valve controls when and how the air is directed to the cylinder,
allowing you to control the motion of the piston and thus the hammer’s movement.
● Function: The valve is manually operated to control the flow of compressed air into or out of the air
cylinder, allowing the operator to start and stop the hammer action.
