the higher end manufactures were exports
and imports packing should be done for the
each and every hour
INTRODUCTION
• Packing of one or two materials will never
affect the production schedule. But when
comes for thousand and hundreds of
materials to be packed. Then it will certainly
affect then day today schedule of the
production, which in turn affects the profit of
the concern. Even this cannot be neglected at
any cost that is no compromise can be done
with manpower, profit and time wastage.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
• The block consists of the load cell, amplifier, and analog to digital converter,
microcontroller, relay driver circuit display, relay, and keypad. The conveyer
provided & just sends the bag container which is placed on the load cell. The load
cell is nothing but a sensor which senses or identifies the whether the bag
container consists of load or not. Once the load is detected then the output form
the load cell is amplified using an amplifier, circuit and given as input to the analog
to digital converter which converts these signals into digital data.
• These digital data is read by the micro controller thorough it micro
controller I/ O lines. The quantity of the load to packed can be displayed in the
liquid crystal display in terms of kilograms. The keypad here is provided to set the
desired load to be packed, once the set quantity and quantity from the conveyer
are same approximately. It is passed on to the other terminating end which is the
packing section. The sealing section’s supply is given by the relay driver circuit. The
relay is tripped on at the bay container enters the sealing section indicating that
the sealing of the material is to be done and which continues for a five seconds.
