The simplified electron and muon model, Oscillating Spacetime: The Foundation...RitikBhardwaj56
Discover the Simplified Electron and Muon Model: A New Wave-Based Approach to Understanding Particles delves into a groundbreaking theory that presents electrons and muons as rotating soliton waves within oscillating spacetime. Geared towards students, researchers, and science buffs, this book breaks down complex ideas into simple explanations. It covers topics such as electron waves, temporal dynamics, and the implications of this model on particle physics. With clear illustrations and easy-to-follow explanations, readers will gain a new outlook on the universe's fundamental nature.

August and September 2010
NEW YORK, NEW YORK! By Randi Cloe, age 14
On June 8, 2010 nine girls
and two adults from Girl Scouts
left for the Big Apple—New York!
We went to Rockefeller Center, NBC,
Macy’s and we rode the subway, which
was a first for many. Thursday, we got to
see The Cathedral Church of St. John the
Devine; St. Paul’s, the Church by Ground Zero;
Ground Zero; the World Financial Towers; and
we walked near the waterfront to Battery Park,
Times Square and M&M store. We ended the day with
We enjoyed a game of chess while waiting for the Ellis Island ferry. a night tour of New York and Brooklyn. Friday, we went
to The Today Show (and saw Rascal Flatts), Top of the Rock and then we went to China Town. Saturday we went to the Sky
Ride at the Empire State Building, which was awesome, and Grand Central Station. We rode the Staten Island Ferry to see
the sights from the water. Then we went shopping at Strawberry. Sunday we slept in. When we got up we had breakfast (which
we prepared ourselves every morning) and then went to Coney Island. When we got there we walked the Boardwalk, rode The
Wonder Wheel which is a big ferris wheel that is 90 years old, played on the beach and collected sea shells.
Monday was spent at Ellis Island and Liberty Island where we went into the Statue of Liberty. That night we went to Hard Rock
Cafe. Tuesday we went to GSUSA, NBC and shopped in Times Square. We wrapped up the day by seeing an off-Broadway show
called “Fantastick’s.” Wednesday we went to MadameTussaud’s, a wax museum. Then we were off to Radio City Music Hall and
Central Park was on our awesome tour! The whole trip was great and I would love to go back again with Girl Scouts!

Improvements at the Osage City Scout House
The Osage City Scouts are working together to improve
and make a more inviting Scout House in Osage City.
Cadette Troop 30144 painted the main meeting room
to kick off the improvements. This might be a tiresome
project for some people, but these girls stepped up to
the plate. Girl Scout troops in the area will paint the
other rooms. Osage City Boy Scouts will be renovating
the floors. To add warmth the Cadette troop plans to
make colorful curtains for the main meeting room. These
improvements are positive steps in the right direction for
the Scout House.

Who Done it? Mystery….
Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors
were invited to “Who Done It: The American
Icon, Simon Fowell Mystery,” at the Emporia
Amend Girl Scout Center. Before the “murder”
occurred the girls enjoyed a dinner then the
excitement started. Each Girl Scout was as-
signed a character as a contestant, cast or crew
member. The plot was that the participants,
cast and crew shuffled into the studio then the
lights suddenly went black and they heard a
chilling scream. It was up to the girls to figure
out what happened that fateful night.
Abby, a Girl Scout from the Emporia Region,
was a contestant in the mystery. Her favorite
part was playing her character, an undercover reporter. “It was a blast trying to figure out who the killer was
by comparing notes with the other girls,” said Abby, “with all the clues that we were comparing, it felt like we
were playing Clue, but in real life.” There were different prizes given to the girls who asked the best questions.
Everyone guessed who the murderer was except the person, “Who Done It.”
The Girl Scouts of Carbondale, Independence, Marion, Waverly, and Burlington had a great time enjoying the outdoors at
their day camps this summer! They participated in many activities including campfire cooking, hiking, archery, crafts, fishing,
