Setup & usage (tickto indicate understandingwhen youhave done this) Navigate menus tick Recordingformatsetup (48k, wav) tick Recordinginputschecked tick Initialise/formatmicroSDcard tick Monitoraudiovia headphones tick Pre-monitorandcheckinputlevels tick Recordand finalise recording tick Do youknowhow to attach an external micandchange input settings?Explainhere There isa screw inport at the bottomwhere youcanattach an external micif needed.Icannot rememberthe imputsettings withouthavingthe audiorecorderinfrontof me but it wasfairly straightforward. Explaingoodpractice for settingupmicsfor external recording? Making sure itis attachedproperly,notcarriesbythe mic when usingthe devise,usedsafelyforexamplenotstickingthe mic downholesinthe groundfor foleyaudio. Explainthe downsideof increasinginputlevelsfor recordingquietvoices/etc There isno way to increase the volume inpostastheywill already have beenincreased,meaningif all of youaudiocomesoutvery loudapart fromthat one clipit will be hardto getit to match the same db withoutsoundingdistorted.
