ATD selects
L&T’s Heavy Civil Infra IC for
‘Excellence in Practice’
The Association for Talent Development (ATD),
(formerly ASTD) honored L&T’s Heavy Civil
Infra IC with an ‘Excellence in Practice’ Citation
for its ‘Frontline Supervisors Trainees
Programme’ in the Integrated Talent
Management category.
ATD’s Excellence in Practice program
recognizes organizations for results achieved
through the use of practices and solutions
from the entire scope of talent development.
Awards are presented to organizations with
proven practices that have delivered
measurable business results. Citations are
presented to organizations with promising
practices that have shown they will
demonstrate measurable results.
ATD received 151 submissions in the fall of
2015 from organizations around the world.
Twenty four organizations received awards
and 27 were recognized with citations.
Excellence in Practice categories include:
career development, coaching and mentoring,
diversity and inclusion, facilitating
organizational change, integrated talent
management, learning technologies, managing
the learning function, organizational learning
and development, performance improvement,
and sales enablement.
L&T’s Heavy Civil Infra IC, along with other
award and citation recipients, were honored on
May 23, 2016 at an awards ceremony held
during ATD’s International Conference &
Exposition in Denver, Colorado.
