D1.1 for GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW processes. Inspect pipe spools to ensure

management system to AISC standards. Inspect welds daily der AWS D1.1 table 6.1. Oversee all
inspectors and ensure the quality of Yard Irons products. Test all welders to AWS D1.1 and
maintain a continuity log for processes, positions and thicknesses for weldability. Write weld
procedures for both FCAW and GMAW per AWS D1.1. Conduct monthly training for welders,
fitters and inspectors on everything from weld symbols to interpreting weld procedures. Conduct bi
annual audits per our QMS. I manage projects for two of our major customers to maintain open

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector/CWI- As the CWI I performed visual inspection
on 100% of structural welds. I qualified all welders to both AWS D1.1 and ASME IX. I acted as
the NDE coordinator since we sub contracted our NDE work outside of visual inspection.
Audited welders to ensure they were within the parameters of the WPS designated for each
individual job. I helped the engineers in the selection of WPS for jobs based on materials and
thicknesses. Reviewed all MTR’s per ASTM and ASME sec. II. Draw up and fill out weld maps

2. Welder I- Was a qualified FCAW and GMAW welder for offshore equipment. I welded traveling
blocks, guide tracks, crowns and other equipment for rigs. I ran the peddinhaus plasma table
and the saws for metal prep. I assisted in assembly of eddy current brakes and mud pumps
when welding was slow. I also was in charge of the tool room.

Welder/Welder Operator/Lead man – I operated Arc 5 Cladding Machines for sub sea
components welding with Inconel and stainless steel. I also manually tig welded repairs
on defective parts. I worked my way to a lead man on night shift for the last year I was
employed there.

Helper/Welder – We welded trailers and dump beds for TXDOT using SMAW, FCAW and
