 Preparation of welding procedure specification and PQR.
 Witnessing welder performance qualification.
 Daily visual examination of welding works.
 Incoming material identification and inspection. Reviewing their
TDS, MSDS.
 Comprehensive knowledge of ASME IX.
 Evaluation and monitoring of efficient use of materials. And
recommending different materials.
 Preparation of Method statements and ITP.
 Review of Risk assessment of Welding, Casting, Painting Works.
 Preparing samples for quality assurance and analyzing the
laboratory test results.
 Implementation of WPS and Method statement.
 Preparation of Material submittals.
 Developing new material composition and liaising with local
laboratories and government licensing agencies for all testing of
the materials e.g Mechanical tests, Fire Tests.
 Conducting training sessions for workers e.g welder training etc.
 Analyzing labor cost, time and material consumption to help the
estimation team for estimation works.
