Many people think they will go to heaven because they have lived a good life. Perhaps, they treat all of their neighbors fairly. Maybe they volunteer for charity work and have never broken the law. Maybe they were even baptized or go to church regularly. But the Bible, God's Word, says that no one can live up to God's standard of righteousness.
This Roman Road as laid out in scripture is God’s plan of salvation set forth in Paul’s letter to the Romans. The following scriptures build a beautiful road to Jesus Christ.

Genuine Christian Faith, is to believe in everything God has said and done in His written Word: the Bible. It is to believe Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary to save whomever would like to be saved. It is to trust in God all the time. It is to live according to what the Bible says: “The just shall live by faith” Habakkuk 2:4; Hebrews 10:38.
We are born from above to live from above. We must live out of our life in Christ and live in accordance to Kingdom ways and principles. We colabor with God to walk in the natural what He has already completed for us in the spiritual. Living from above is the key to living a victorious Christian life.

2. The Gospel Basics (The Roman Road)
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is
eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that
while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 10:9-13 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus,
and you believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead,
you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness,
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the
Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him shall not be put to shame.“
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord
of all is rich to all who call on Him. For "whosoever shall call upon the
name of the Lord shall be saved."
3. We are Saved By FAITH
Not By Our Feelings Or By Our Own Good Works
John 1:12-13 But as many as received Him, to them He gave
the authority to become children of God, even to those who
believe in His name; who were born, not of blood, nor of
the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 3:16-18 “For God loved the world in this way: He gave
His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in
Him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not
send His Son into the world that He might condemn the
world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
Ephesians 2:8-10 For you are saved by grace through
faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift — not
from works, so that no one can boast.
4. Faith in Jesus As The Son of God
Salvation is not about a thing known as Christianity, or
about an institution, or about a set of doctrines it is about
believing and following JESUS!
1 John 5:11-13 And this is the testimony: that God has
given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. (12)
He that has the Son has life; he that does not have
the Son of God does not have life. (13) These things I
write to you who believe in the name of the Son of
God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and
that you may believe in the name of the Son of God.
5. Knowing That You Have A New Nature
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he
is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold,
all things are become new.
Once we are a “new creation” we will live in new and better
ways. The better beliefs, the better character and the better
good deeds are a sure sign that God has made us into a
different person, a saved person.
If our life changes and we think better thoughts naturally
and want to do better things, then we know that we are “a
new creation‟ and can be certain that we are saved.
6. True and Selfless Love
1 John 3:14 We know that we have passed over
from death to life, because we love the
brothers. He who does not love his brother abides
in death.
1 John 4:7-8 Beloved, let us love one
another, because love is of God; and everyone
that loves has been born of God and knows
God.
7. A Good, Kind Loving and Spiritual Life
1Jn 4:13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He
in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
1 John 3:24 And he who keeps His commandment
dwells in Him, and He in him. And by this we know
that He abides in us, by the Spirit which He gave
to us.
The presence of the Spirit in us is shown by the
character fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience,
goodness, kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-
control…(Galatians 5:22,23)
8. Righteous Living
1 John 2:28-29 And now, little children, abide in Him, in
order that when He appears, we may have confidence and
not be ashamed due to Him at His coming. (29) If you know
that He is righteous, you know that everyone who
practices righteousness has been born of Him.
1 John 2:3-6 Now by this we know that we have come
to know Him, if we keep His commandments. (4) He
who says, "I have come to know Him," and does not keep His
commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (5) But
whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in
him. By this we know that we are in Him. (6) He who claims
to abide in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
9. Verifiable
Assurance is not mystical and doubtful
Verifiable: „By this you may KNOW‟
Have confidence on the Day of Judgment

10. What If We Sin?
One sinful moment does not condemn us, even the best
saints sin occasionally – but they recover and get back
to living in the light. They acknowledge sin and repent
from it! They use God‟s grace to “get back on the
bicycle heading towards holiness…...”
1 John 1:7-10 But if we walk in the light, as He is in
the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the
blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
(8) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive
ourselves, and the truth is not in us. (9) If we
confess our sins, He is faithful and just to
forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness. (10) If we say that we have not
sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us.
11. God‟s Grace Will Keep You Safe…
1 John 5:18 We know that everyone who has been
born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who
was born of God protects him, and the evil one
does not touch him.
John 10:27-29 My sheep hear My voice, and I
know them, and they follow Me. And I give to
them eternal life, and they shall never ever
perish, and not anyone shall pluck them out of My
hand. My Father who gave them to me is greater
than all, and no one is able to pluck them out of My
Father's hand.
12. Challenge: 3 Tiny Spiritual Habits
Must be something you can do each day, take less than 30
seconds, be AFTER something you already do, and be easy
(not involve pain or effort):
“After I have my morning coffee I will say the Lord’s Prayer.”
“After I get in the car I will pray for safety and thank God for
the day.”
“After I check my email I will read just one bible verse from
the gospel of John”
