The document outlines four spiritual laws that govern people's relationship with God. The first law is that God loves people and offers a wonderful plan for their lives. The second law is that people are sinful and separated from God, so they cannot know or experience God's love without intervention. The third law is that Jesus Christ is God's only provision to bridge the gap between God and people caused by sin. The fourth law is that people must individually receive Jesus Christ as their savior and lord in order to know and experience God's love and plan for their lives.
Tomorrow we are starting a new series of study:
“The New Man” is a seminar that will focus on the spirit of man, its soul and its body.
We will learn the properties of each one of these three parts of man.
Our spirit is called to be the ruling part of us, actually, our spirit is the main part of our being, and is the place where the spirit of God dwells in.
We meet in Room #3 at CTF Toronto Wednesdays from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. I invite you to come and participate with us in this discovery of how to let our spirit become the ruler of our life.
John 3:1-5. A New Life In Christ. In the new life we have been born again. In the new life we are a new creation. In the new life we crucify the flesh with its passions and desires. In the new life we are transformed by the renewing of our minds. In the new life we are renewed by the Holy Spirit. In the new life we are dead to sin but alive to God. In the new life we are washed from our sins. in the new life we put to death the old man and put on the new man. In the new life we died and our life is hidden with Christ in God. In the new life we were brought back from death in sin.

Repentance In Christian Conversion
Repentance is an act by which we realise we have offended an Holy and righteous God; this act is characterised by a deliberate turn away from the sinful act(s) in question, begging for God’s forgiveness and turning to him and his ways. Repentance is also that window that opens for us to see what we are called to; this being that, we are to represent God’s living and working in human life; how the effects of sin’s offensive attack on God defeats this purpose and how it can be remedied by means of the lordship of God’s Spirit over man’s spirit, soul and body.
Why did God give the Law - so high, So demanding, So unreasonable humanly speaking that no body (no man, no woman, no boy, no girl) has ever been able to keep them?
Who is the Holy Spirit? Learn more, including the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Fruits of the Holy Spirit. Take up the challenge by Pope Francis by praying to the Holy Spirit.
What does it take to begin a relationship with God? Devote yourself to unselfish religious deeds? Become a better person so that God will accept you?
You may be surprised that none of those things will work. But God has made it very clear in the Bible how we can know Him.
The following principles will explain how you can personally begin a relationship with God, right now, through Jesus Christ...

ThreadAfter reading The Gospel Message article in the ModuleWe.docxVannaSchrader3
Thread:
After reading "The Gospel Message" article in the Module/Week 4 Reading & Study folder, answer the following questions (250–500 words). These questions are to be answered in separate paragraphs.
What are some ways the Christian gospel is perceived in our culture?
What are some specific moral reasons people may reject the Christian gospel?
What are some specific emotional reasons people may reject the Christian gospel?
What are some specific intellectual reasons people may reject the Christian gospel?
What can Christians do to address these objections and better communicate the Christian gospel?
The Gospel Message
The Apostle Paul said, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek” (Romans 1:16).
Paul should know, since his life was radically transformed when Jesus confronted him on the road to Damascus (Acts 9, 26:4–18).
Once he knew Jesus and His power, nothing held him back from telling others about the risen Christ.
He shared this gospel, the “good news,” with anyone who would listen to him, regardless of their religion or moral background.
Paul once wrote to a group of Christians telling them about this gospel.
He said:
Moreover, brothers, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.
For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).
Be assured, this same gospel that changed and motivated Paul is for you and me today.
In understanding the gospel message we find out that:
Jesus paid the price for our sins (I Peter 3:18).
Our sins can be forgiven (Ephesians 1:7).
We can have eternal life by trusting in Him (John 3:15).
The word “gospel” is mentioned over 100 times in the Bible by Jesus and His disciples.
Jesus was the source and subject of this good news.
Jesus began his ministry by sharing this central truth, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand.
Repent, and believe in the gospel” (Mark 1:15).
Jesus personally shared the gospel with those who listened to Him and today He is sharing it through the Bible and those who know and follow Him.
He wants everyone to believe this gospel.
But why is the gospel needed and how do people come to
understand clearly what it means to become a follower of Christ and believe this gospel
message?
The Problem
The problem is that all people are born sinners and sin separates them from God.
“Your [sins] have separated you from your God” (Isaiah 59:2).
The problem started in the Garden of Eden.
Adam and Eve were given clear instructions by God.
They were free to eat of any tree in the gar.
Predestination is one of the most widely taught doctrines in Calvinism. The biblical understanding of this passage reveals a much deeper underlying principle and a richer store of information than can be imagined.
God want's to do great things for us. A scripture based study into predestination reveals that God wants to glorify us. Allow the scriptures to open the pathway that God desires to bring us on.
A study on the doctrine of predestination as found in scripture and its many implications for the end time.
This document seeks to look at the scriptural teaching of predestination and where the completion of the purposes of predestination should be expected to be carried out. Clear pinpoint links between predestination, election, justification, sanctification and glorification presented. Prayerful reading required.
Reading time: Approximately 30 minutes.
The same power of God's Word, by which all things were created in the
beginning, begets a new life in the
believer.
We receive Christ by believing on Him: But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the
sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. John 1:12.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Four spiritual laws
1.
2. Just as there are physical laws that govern the physical universe, so
there are spiritual laws that govern your relationship with God.
3.
4. LAW 1: GOD LOVES YOU AND OFFERS A
WONDERFUL PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE.
God’s Love
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that
he gave his one and only Son, that whoever
believes in him shall not perish but have
eternal life.
God’s Plan
John 10:10 (Christ speaking) “I have come that they
may have life, and have it to the full.”
5.
6. LAW 2: MAN IS SINFUL AND SEPARATED FROM GOD.
THEREFORE, HE CANNOT KNOW AND EXPERIENCE
GOD’S LOVE AND PLAN FOR HIS LIFE.
Man is Sinful
Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fall short
of the glory of God.
Man is Separated
Man was created to have fellowship of God; but because of his stubborn
self-will, he chose to go on his own independent way and fellowship with
God was broken.
This self-will, characterized by an attitude of active rebellion or passive
indifference, is an evidence of what the Bible calls sin.
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death (Spiritual separation from God).
7. This diagram illustrates that God is holy and
man is sinful. A great gulf separates the two.
The arrows illustrate that man is continually
trying to reach God and the abundant life
through his own efforts, such as a good
life, philosophy, or religion – but he inevitably
fails.
8.
9. LAW 3: JESUS CHRIST IS GOD’S ONLY PROVISION
FOR MAN’S SIN. THROUGH HIM YOU CAN KNOW
AND EXPERIENCE GOD’S LOVE AND PLAN FOR
YOUR LIFE.
He died in our Place
Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates
his own love for us in this: While we
were still sinners, Christ died for us. Christ died for us
He rose from the dead
1 Corinthians 15:3-6 - For what I received I
passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ
died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that
he was buried, that he was raised on the third day
according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared
to Cephas, and then to the Twelve. After that, he
appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers
He rose from the dead
and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still
living, though some have fallen asleep.
10. He is the only way to God
John 14:6 - Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the
life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
This diagram illustrates that God has
bridged the gulf that separates us from
Him by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to
die on the cross in our place to pay the
penalty for our sins.
11.
12. LAW 4: WE MUST INDIVIDUALLY RECEIVE JESUS
CHRIST AS SAVIOR AND LORD; THEN WE CAN KNOW
AND EXPERIENCE GOD’S LOVE AND PLAN
FOR OUR LIVES.
We must receive Christ
John 1:12 - Yet to all who did receive
You became a child of
him, to those who believed in his
God
name, he gave the right to become
children of God.
We must receive Christ through faith
Ephesians 2:8-9 - For it is by
grace you have been It is the gift of
saved, through faith and this is not God, not as a result
from yourselves, it is the gift of of
God, not by works, so that no one works
can boast.
13. We must Receive Christ, We Experience New Birth
John 3:1-8 - Now there was a Pharisee, a man
named Nicodemus who was a member of the
Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night
and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher
who has come from God. For no one could perform
the signs you are doing if God were not with him.
Experience a New
“Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can
Birth – John 3:1-8
see the kingdom of God unless they are born
again. “How can someone be born when they are
old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter
a second time into their mother‟s womb to be
born!” Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no
one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are
born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to
flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. You
should not be surprised at my saying, „You must
be born again.‟ The wind blows wherever it pleases.
You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it
comes from or where it is going. So it is with
everyone born of the Spirit.”
14. We must Receive Christ through Personal Invitation
Revelation 3:20 - Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears
my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they
with me.
Receiving Christ turning to God from self (repentance) and trusting
Christ to come into our lives to forgive our sins and to make us
what He wants us to be.
Just to agree intellectually that Jesus Christ is the Son of God
and that He died on the cross for our sins is not enough. Nor is it
enough to have an emotional experience. We receive Christ by
faith, as an act of our will.
15. Which circle best represents your life?
Which would you like to represent your life
16.
17. God knows your heart and is not so concerned
with your words as He is with the attitude of
your heart. The following is a suggested prayer:
Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank you for dying on
the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life
and receive You as Savior and Lord. Thank you
for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life.
Take control on the throne of my life.
Make me the kind of person you want me to be.
Does this prayer express the desire of your heart?
If it does, I invite you to pray this prayer right now, and Christ will come into
your life as He promised.
18. Did you receive Christ into your life? According to His promise in
Revelation 3:20, where is Christ in relation to you? Christ said that He
come into your life. Would He mislead you? On what authority do you know
that God has answered your prayer? (The trustworthiness of God Himself
and His Word.)
1John 5:11-13 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal
life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does
not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who
believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you
have eternal life.
Thank God often that Christ is in your life and that He will never leave
you (Hebrews 13:5). You can know on the basis of His promise that Christ
lives in you and that you have eternal life from the moment you invite
Him in. He will not deceive you.
19.
20. Do not depend on Feelings
The promise of God‟s Word, the Bible – not our feelings – is our authority.
The Christian lives by faith (trust) in the trustworthiness of God Himself
and His Word. This diagram illustrates among fact (God and His Word), and
feeling (the result of our faith and obedience). Read John 14:21
John 14:21 - Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who
loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will
love them and show myself to them.”
The train will run with or without caboose. However, it would be useless to
attempt to pull the train by the caboose. In the same way, as Christians we do
not depend on feelings or emotions, but we place our faith (trust) in the
trustworthiness of God and His Word.
21.
22. Now That You Have Received Christ
The moment you received Christ by faith as an act of the will many
things happened, including the following:
Christ came into your life (Revelations 3:20; Colossians 1:27)
Revelation 3:20 - Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears
my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and
they with me.
Colossians 1:27 - To them God has chosen to make known among the
Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you,
the hope of glory.
23. Your sins were forgiven (Colossians 1:13-14)
Colossians 1:13-14 - For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness
and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have
redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
You became a child of God (John 1:12)
John 1:12 - Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in
his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
24. You received Eternal Life (John 5:24)
John 5:24 - “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and
believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged
but has crossed over from death to life.
You began the great adventure for which God created You (John
10:10; 2Corinthians 5:17; 1Thessalonians 5:16-18)
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and
destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it
to the full.
2Corinthians 5:17 - Therefore, if anyone is in
Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the
new is here!
1Thessalonians 5:16-18 - Rejoice always, pray
continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is
God‟s will for you in Christ Jesus.
25.
26.
27. Suggestions for Spiritual Growth
Spiritual Growth results from trusting Jesus Christ. “The righteous man
shall live by faith” (Galatians 3:11). A life of faith will enable you to trust
God increasingly with every detail of your life, and to practice the
following:
Go to God in prayer daily (John 15:7)
Read God‟s Word daily (Acts 17:11) begin with the Gospel of John
Obey God moment by moment (John 14:21)
Witness for Christ by your life and words (Matthew 4:19; John 15:8)
Trust God for every detail of your life (1Peter 5:7)
Holy Spirit – Allow Him to control and empower you daily life and
witness (Galatians 5:16-17; Acts 1:8)
28.
29. Fellowship in a Good Church
God‟s Word instructs us not to forsake the “assembling of ourselves
together” (Hebrews 10:25). Several logs burn brightly together, but
out one side on the cold hearth and fire goes out. So it is with other
Christians.
If you do not belong to a church, do not wait to be invited. Take the
initiative; call the Pastor of a nearby church where Christ is honored and
His Word is preached.
Start this week, and make plans to attend regularly.
30.
31. Special Materials are Available for Christian Growth
If you have come to know Christ personally through this presentation
of the Gospel, helpful materials for Christian growth are available to
you.
