My name is Nahid Hassan. . She graduated from the National Ribat University, Faculty of
Disaster Sciences and Crisis Management, with a master's degree in environment and safety.
I have worked in the field of occupational safety and health in many petroleum companies
and national organizations, and currently I am the head of the occupational safety and health
department in a private company working in the field of food.

4. Job description of the hospital manager
• Hospital management requires a set of skills and responsibilities necessary in
order to lead health care and reach an appropriate environment that helps
in providing better health service.
• This job requires a person who is familiar with a lot of skills, responsibilities
and experience that make him a successful manager and leader of the
medical and non-medical team in the hospital.

5. The most important qualifications and skills that must be
available in a hospital manager
Medical knowledge: The manager must have extensive knowledge of medical concepts and
practices, so that he can understand and evaluate the health services provided and make
appropriate decisions.
Managerial capacity: The manager must be able to effectively manage resources and processes,
including planning, organizing, coordinating and oversight, and achieving organizational goals.
For leadership skills: Must be a strong leader, able to motivate and guide a team committed to
achieving the shared vision.
Effective communication: The manager must have strong communication skills, whether it is
communicating with the medical and administrative team or with patients, their families and
external parties
Knowledge of regulations and laws: The manager must be aware of the regulations and laws
related to healthcare, and have the ability to comply with them and ensure compliance in the
hospital.
