The proctor CANNOT be any of the following: • A current Sinclair student • A relaFve of the student • A personal friend of the student • Coworker of the student Jana Lehman Manager, eLearning Student Support Sinclair Community College jana.lehman@sinclair.edu Adel Lelo EvaluaFon Vendor Manager Western Governors University Adel.Lelo@wgu.edu The proctor must either hold one of the these posiFons or work at one of the these types of insFtuFons: WHO CAN BE A PROCTOR? • EducaFon director at a hospital • Human resources training director • Military base educaFonal services officer • Military base college • Military commissioned office of higher rank than the student • Embassy educaFonal center/officer • Full-‐Fme librarian • College tesFng center administrator • Commercial tesFng center • Tutoring or learning center • School superintendent, principal or counselor • Live at the same address as the student • A neighbor of the student • A direct supervisor of the student • Employed by the student
- 8. • The proctor’s relaFonship with the student may not present any conflicts of interest. • The proctor must provide a professional email account, phone number and work address to verify their posiFon. • The proctor will administer and supervise the test, providing the student with access to the test only while the student is tesFng. • The proctor may not administer the test in a student’s or proctor’s home. • The proctor will personally mail the completed test back to Sinclair by the specified due date.
