Is Agile dead? It depends on what you mean by 'Agile'. If you mean that the organizations are not getting the promised benefits because they were focusing too much on the team-level agile "ways of working" instead of systemic global improvements -- then we are in agreement. It is a misunderstanding of Agility that led us down a dead-end. At Org Topologies, we see bright sparks -- the signs of the 'second wave of Agile' as we call it. The emphasis is shifting towards both in-team and inter-team collaboration. Away from false dichotomies. Both: team autonomy and shared broad product ownership are required to sustain true result-oriented organizational agility. Org Topologies is a package offering a visual language plus thinking tools required to communicate org development direction and can be used to help design and then sustain org change aiming at higher organizational archetypes.

Objective
To work in a competitive environment by utilizing my ability, knowledge, logical
thinking and critical observation to the best and to improve and upgrade my skills
according to organizational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Purchase Officer Aug 2001 – Sept 2019
Jahangirabad Educational Trust (Registered in 2001) transformed the Jahangirabad
Fort into an Institute of Higher Studies named Jahangirabad Institute of
Technology. Since then, I was involved into purchase. We started to prepare indent
manually and then it was computerized. Quotations were called from different
vendors, comparative statement were prepared and gradually we designed a full-
fledged purchase policy, which is still in place. We purchased laboratory
equipments (Engineering & Pharmacy), furniture, building materials, generators,
vehicles, etc. I always believed in purchasing standard items, because they are more
reliable. During this period, I learned a lot from the eminent personalities like Mr
Khaja Hussain Sb, Ex-Secretary JET, Prof Manzoor Ahmed, Ex-VC Agra

When the Trust took over the Fort in Aug 2001, it was in very bad condition and it
was a challenge to renovate it. So, in coordinate with Civil Engineers and all

renovated fort converted into an Institute, mess, canteen, hostels, light, staff
quarters, Wi-Fi, vehicles, etc. At that time, there was only myself and security
guard; and now more than 200 students, staff and faculty members are staying in
the campus. This gives me an immense pleasure and satisfaction that I am a part of
its foundation. I learned a lot regarding renovation from the eminent personalities
