Our Journey: ACE Training Academy was estabilished in the Millennium year to build
Potential, Energetic Community through the Training Skill.
His Youth EXNORA International was intialised in 1997 by HR Trainer Mr. P.Mohan with 70
dynamic Youth in the presence of BHARATHARATHNA C.Subramaniyam, Former
Governor -Maharastra & Dr. M.B. Nirmal, Founder Chairman, EXNORA International. Now
Youth Exnora crossed more than 20 years of service with nearly 50,000 members in 60 Students ‘
Exnora wings in educational institutions. In 2010, Youth Exnora International reconstituted
and Launched by HE Surjit Singh Burnala, Governor of Tamil Nadu and also recommended to
all Vice Chancellors to initialize Students ‘ Exnora in their Colleges.

In Soft Skill

3.  More than 100’s HR, Leadership, Soft Skills workshops were conducted for Corporate,
various Industries, Companies, Government Departments , Boards, Police, City Corporation,
Organization, Institutions faculties (FDP), Service Clubs for 12,000 participants.
 Providing personal Psychology support to more than 300 students / Families through
Child Welfare Commitee
 Past 10 years conducting a Motivation workshop for Government and Corporation school

/ 12 th students along with Education Department reached more than 40,000 students.
 Conducted a Motivation & Carrier Guidance workshops for 8,000 students.
 Reached with in 24 hours to Tsunami hit areas Nagapattinam & Velankanni and involved
in removal of hundreds of Dead Body within 15 days, we are Ist team conducted
Psychological support programme, then continuously involved in various Psychology, Relief
& Rehabilitation programme in various affected places in Tamilnadu and Puducherry states.
Contributed huge Relief funds and materials to Tsunami, Kargil War, Gujarath Earth
Quake, Orissa Flood , Kumbakonam School fire Accident, Srirangam fire accident, Trichy
floods etc
 Workshops like Competitive , Entrance exams , “ How to become an I.A.S. ?” and What
after Schoolings frequently, spl motivation to 10th

. We are also Conducted a Carrier
Guidance Camp along with District Employment office for 4 years.

 Bharathidasan University recognized our service towards the Youth , Students, Environment
& include Students ‘ EXNORA in its Part–V Curriculum & Co Extension activities(like
NSS, NCC, Red Cross etc.) & received lot of Appreciation/Awards from various Departments
& Organizations
 Organize State and District level : More than 500 leadership awareness programmes,
100’s of Competitions, distributed more than 50,000 eco bags, 1,00,000 stickers ,
phamlets, small posters. Nearly 65,000 tree saplings were planted / distributed. Frequently
Arranged Eco-Tourism, natural walk , field visit etc. & it reached more than 2,00,000
people. Nearly 70,000 booklets on Enviro Awareness sponsored by Dinamalar were
issued.
 40 days free Internet & MS-Office course ( worth 3 Lakhs for 260 people ) for Physically
Challenged Youth & Women for 3 years
 Paper Bag Training program was conducted & distributed in many places, especially in
Trichy Central Prisons (both Women & Men )

4.  Conducted street play for nearly 24 days in many places along with City Corporation for
RWH, Plastic, Voter Awareness. Voter awareness were conducted mostly in all the Panchyath,
Assembly, Loksabha Elections in these 20yrs
 Created a World Record by conducting one of the largest in the state “Trainers of Training
programme in Traffic Rules “ , it’s a 2 weeks camp for School Children’s for 16 times in the
past 20 years along with Trichy District Administration, City Police & TN State Transport
Corporation, it reached more than 60,000 students. Nearly 70,000 booklet were also
distribute on Traffic Awareness by Dinamalar
 Donated 100’s unit blood to the needy peoples. Coordinated in the “Slum Adoption
Programme” of Trichy City Police, it received an International Community Policing Award.
Joint venture with the many organizations and corporates on Relief & Rehabilitation
programmes for Homes, needy people, Physically Challenged people, Orphans, Elders etc.
