The Seed Program gives eligible candidates the opportunity to start a new Farmers agency with existing business service and commission rights assigned. Candidates must have completed the Protégé Agency Producer Program or Associate Agent Program, or have been an Agency Business Consultant for at least 12 months. They must pass a background check and have the required property, casualty, life, and health licenses. The new agency must be in a branded office location with at least two licensed staff, and benefits include an economic interest, the ability to sell service and commission rights after a period of time, an exterior branding bonus up to $6,000, and a $5,000 signing bonus.

The Process
Eligibility
