This document reports on a VO2max athletic endurance testing conducted on 17 athletes to evaluate the effects of Asea over a 14-day period. The results indicated a significant improvement in athletes' ability to sustain higher power output and an increase in ventilatory threshold, suggesting enhanced oxygen-transfer efficiency without needing longer training duration. This trend was observed in more than 70% of the participants, warranting further investigation into the short-term benefits of Asea for athletic performance.
