This letter act as a written reference for Ms Ashley Seraphina.
I met Ashley in my capacity as Sessional Academic at Griffith University, and
had the pleasure of teaching her in the subject of Human Resource
Management Principles in Semester 1 2015.
Ashely participated in classes and demonstrated an ability to understand,
critically analyse and apply the content and concepts discussed in the seminar
series. This was reflected in her course work, assignments, exams and
ultimately in her exceptional grade or the subject.
Ashely showed a strong working commitment to her studies and seemed to
enjoy the field of Human Resource Management. She was confident in her
manner, asked questions appropriately for clarification and showed respect for
her class mates and the university as a whole.
During the semester she established the skills, knowledge, abilities and
aptitudes which would be directly adaptable to working in the field of Human
Resource Management. She has expressed a desire to pursue a career in the
field and I believe she is ready to apply her theory and content in practice.
