2. LO: to explore the way in which
the world is represented
in photographic images

3. Task 1:
Find a photograph that you like the look of.
Go with your ‘gut instinct’.
Present your photo and annotate it explaining
what you like about the picture:
e.g. the colours, the tone, the lighting, the framing,
the subject matter, the ’story’ etc

4. Task 2:
Now, take your own photo where you
attempt to copy the image that you
selected in Task1.
Annotate your image explaining the
ways that it is similar to the original.
NB: you can use any kind of camera
and you may present your work in either
digital format or hard copy.

5. If you present your work digitally you should
email it to:

Hard copies must be brought in to your
first Media lesson in September.
