This document provides guidance for creating a digital brochure to educate parents/guardians about learning disabilities and services available for students. The brochure should include: a rationale for how it will facilitate collaboration between educators and parents, a definition and explanation of a selected disability category, three instructional and three home strategies to address needs, and three communication strategies between schools and parents along with contact information for support organizations. Academic writing, in-text citations, and an APA reference section are expected. The purpose is to better inform parents about disabilities and help establish partnerships to support student development and achievement.
