ARSUDEN (110292101015) INVESTING IN FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS If I have Rs.5crores and I will invest in the instruments like: JSE Limited There are so many products included in JSE Limited . If you are officially employed then you may have a rate of return of 20% and if it is not then 70%. It is a short-term deposit consists of a common rate of 10%. The rate is higher and the return is also higher but comparatively risk is lower. I will deposit Rs.2.50 crore in this instrument for a period of 2 year. 2,50,00,000*10%=25,00,000 for a period of 1year. PHONE INDUSTRY It is a long-term deposit and it is regulated by Indian company act. The risk is very low and the interest rate is fluctuating each and every year. The duration period is 3 year for this instrument. I will invest Rs.5,00,000 for a period of 3 year. Share market These types of share are very riskier to invest because the risk is very high and as well as change the position . It consists minimum period of 4years and the interest rate is 7.5%(approximately). It is a long-term investment instruments. I’ll invest Rs.1 ,00,000 at a rate of 7.5% for a period of 4years. For first year I may expect7,50,000. At the end of 4rd year I may expect Rs.30,00,000.
