2. INGREDIENTS
• 300g. of rice
• A chicken breast
• 4 eggs
• 1 fresh sausage
• Chinese onion
• 1 tsp. grated ginger
• 1/5 lt. of oil
• Soy sauce
• Salt
• Cumin and pepper
• Garlic
3. PREPARATION
Rice:
1. In a saucepan add oil and heat it.
2. Add the rice and a teaspoon of salt and stir well.
3. Immediately add 600ml. Of water and let it boil.
4. Finally we reduce the teat and leave it for 20 min.
