1. “CREMA CATALANA”
Catalan cream

2. ingredients
• 6 eggs
• ¾ l milk
• 75 g sugar
• ½ cinnamon
• 1 piece of lemon
• 50 g salt

3. Procedure
1. Boil the milk with cinnamon and
the piece of lemon.
2. Mix the eggs with the sugar.
3. When the milk is hot, we mix it.
4. Put the cream on the fire and
mix it until it boils.
