Snails Stew Recipe with Meat and Vegetables

2. 3 o 4 kg of snails
Some herbs
200 g of bacon
150 g of botifarra negra (Black sausage)
150 g of raw sausage
150 g of raw “xoriç”
150 g of parma ham
1 piece of dried sausage
200 g of rabbit
200g of pork ribs
1 big onion
3 o 4 garlic
1 leaf of bay
2 spoons of tomato mix
Red pepper
2 spoons of flour
250 ml of water
Black pepper
Salt and olive oil
4. Wash the snails.
Boil the snails in the wash in the pot.
In another pot with some oil, we cook all the meat.
We fry the onions , garlics, tomato and the leaf of bay.
Add water and 2 spoons of flour.
Add black pepper and we let it boil 5 minutes
Add the boiled snails and add the meat
with the fried oil.
If water is needed, we add more.
Let them boil for one hour and a half.
