Along with the best product, of course you need to offer the best qualify of service, and because of that, we have an exceptional global network infrastructure and we partner with tier 1 telecom carriers, which guarantees business continuity with 99.9% service availability. All businesses know that good voice quality is essential.  Arkadin has invested in proprietary bridges located close to clients in order to deliver crystal-clear audio with minimal voice compression and latency. Thirdly and probably most importantly, what really set us apart in the market place is that we offer a global service. And by this I mean that we can offer a truly global service offering, across all the 33 countries which we operate. But the way our clients consume and experience those services are highly local, highly personal.
